Returns

At Il Bisonte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt/invoice.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account on ilbisonteshop.com and follow the return instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the return form.
  3. Ship the return package using a tracked delivery method.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not in stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Faulty or Damaged Items
